Selling on Yordrobe is a breeze! Once you've signed up, you're good to go.
Just tap the camera icon at the bottom and select 'SELL'. Snap a picture of your item, and if you're feeling fancy, add a quick 15-second video (sound will also be audible).
Fill in all the info, including your pictures and video. Describe your fabulous outfit and hit that 'upload' button.
Voila! Your item will instantly be showcased at the top of the Yordrobe Home feed.
If you're not quite ready to publish, you can save a draft and finish later.
And just like that, you've successfully listed your very first item. Amazing!
'Wardrobes' on Yordrobe help you to easily organise all of your listed items i.e. you can create a “Dresses” wardrobe and put all of the dresses you are selling into that specific wardrobe.
Creating a new wardrobe section is a breeze. Simply hit the + button on your profile screen and name your new section.
Viewing the items in your wardrobe sections is as easy as a touch. Just select the wardrobe section on your profile page, and voila! All your listed items will be displayed.
But it doesn't stop there. With just a tap on the edit button, you can edit the details of any item in your wardrobe. And if you want to say goodbye to anything, deleting specific items is a piece of cake, too, by tapping the bin icon.
Now, let's talk about deleting entire wardrobes. To ensure you don't accidentally wipe out an entire wardrobe, you'll need to delete each item inside that specific wardrobe first. Once that's done, you can bid farewell to the wardrobe itself by tapping the empty wardrobe and choosing to delete it. Keep in mind once something is deleted, it's gone forever.

First off, it’s important to ship your item within 48 business hours, as stated in our terms and conditions. At Yordrobe, we strive to provide a reliable and speedy shopping experience for our members. Failing to ship your item on time can lead to negative ratings from buyers, delayed payment to you, and potential termination from our platform.
Once your item sells, you'll receive a notification through our app and an email with all the necessary details.
Now it's time to package up your item and prepare it for pickup by Sendle couriers.
Please remember to use your own packaging and ensure that each item is securely and properly packaged. You want to make a great impression when your buyer receives their item.
Double-check your pickup address by accessing your Yordrobe profile settings. Your pickup address can be found under "Edit Profile."
To maintain a positive reputation and receive prompt payment, it's crucial that you ship your sold item within the 48-hour timeframe. Nobody likes waiting weeks for an item they love!

Get ready for the next step after selling an item and packaging it up: Booking a Sendle courier through the Yordrobe app to pick up your item.
Don't forget to have your item packaged beforehand, and remember to provide your own packaging. The courier won't wait for you to package it up, so make sure it's done before they arrive.
Once your item is packaged, just tap the notification in the Yordrobe app that says your item has been purchased. Scroll down and hit the black 'Ready to Ship?' button.
Confirm that your item is packaged and ready for pick-up. The app will guide you through the rest of the process. You'll need to generate and print a Sendle label for your package. Don't forget to take note of the pick-up date, which is usually the next business day.
The courier will pick up your item at the address you used during seller verification. You can update this address by going to your profile settings and selecting 'Edit Profile' to check the shipping address.
If you have specific pickup instructions, like 'Collect from backyard' or 'Parcel is in letterbox,' you can leave those instructions for the Sendle courier on your Yordrobe profile as well.
Your item is almost ready to leave you and head off to your excited buyer! Make sure it's all packaged up neatly and don't forget to attach your Sendle label to the front.
If you can't remember the pick-up date for your item, simply open the Yordrobe app, find the sold item, and tap on the blue 'track order' button. You'll find all the info you need, including the pick-up date, delivery address, and any special instructions you may have left for Sendle.
Now all you have left to do is wait for one of the awesome Sendle delivery peeps to come and grab your item, or if you prefer, just leave it in the designated spot that you have listed on your profile.
And that's it! You're officially done.
