Everdrobe Media provides the Yordrobe Application, which is Australia’s newest go-to fashion app where fashion enthusiasts come together to sell, shop & swap designer clothing and accessories from each other’s wardrobe.

Everdrobe Media (“Everdrobe Media”, “we”, “us”) recognizes and understands the importance of the privacy of its users (“users”, “You”) and wants to respect their desire to store and access personal information in a private and secure manner. This Privacy Policy applies to our application and describes how Everdrobe Media manages, stores, and utilizes your Personal Data through its Products.

In order to use our app, we require you to consent to the collection and processing of your Personal Data before you start using the app. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, you may not use the app in any manner.

  • Account Credentials. In order to use the Yordrobe App Service, you are required to login with an Account Authentication Mechanism (first name, and last name, and email address, or any third -partly login such as Facebook Sign-in, Apple Sign-in) When creating an account, Yordrobe stores a hashed version of your Account Authentication Mechanism for authentication and/or verification purposes. We use a third-party service provider for verification and authentication.
  • Profile Information. When you create a Yordrobe account, you choose to provide us Personal Data about yourself. For example, in the Yordrobe App, you may provide your Personal Data, such as name, email address, address, phone number, postal address and any other information that is required to positively identify the user.
  • Photos, Videos and Audio. If you upload a photo or video, while using the Yordrobe Services, you will be required to permit Yordrobe to access your camera, photo gallery, and microphone in which case Yordrobe will have access to the photos and videos stored in your photo gallery.
  • Location and Distance Information. When you use the Yordrobe App, we collect your precise location (e.g. your latitude and longitude) (“Location”) to determine your distance in feet or meters from other users (“Distance Information”). Should you choose not to allow the Yordrobe App to access your Location, certain features (such as displaying nearby user profiles or features that include Live Location Sharing) of the Yordrobe Services will not function properly. You may also revoke this permission and disable the location services on your device.


We are a Data Controller of your information.

Everdrobe Media’s legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information:

  • Everdrobe Media needs to perform a contract with you,
  • You have given Everdrobe Media permission to do so,
  • Processing your personal information is in Everdrobe Media legitimate interests,

Everdrobe Media wants to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.


Everdrobe Media uses strong backend security for the Yordrobe App to keep track of users and to store their related details. All Data will remain safe and secure. We do not send or store any information/data anywhere else.


We take data and privacy seriously and you have the right to delete your information from the Yordrobe app and all the data associated with the account.

We will then permanently remove all personal data associated with your account and any information in connection with Yordrobe and our app and let you know when the process is complete.

This process is permanent and irreversible. If you wish to join Yordrobe again, you will need to create a new account via the Yordrobe app.

If you wish to only deactivate your account, you may do so through the settings in the app. This will remove your profile from Yordrobe but keep your details and uploaded items for future use.


We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information, therefore we strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and We cannot guarantee its absolute security.


We may provide paid products and/or services within the Service. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.
